Q: When will a Women Working for Women conference be in a city near me?

A: If you would like to see a Women Working for Women conference near you contact us at saunders@ww4wusa.com and we will put you on our waiting list for upcoming locations. We choose locations by the volume of requests received.

Q:How many of these WW4W opportunity events have taken place in the past? Is this the first year?

A: The concept for WW4W started in 2008 and we offered our first set of conferences in 2009. In 2009 we held a conference in each of the following locations: Williamsburg, Hampton and Virginia Beach, Virginia

The schedule for 2010 is still in the works however we have a conference scheduled for Newport News, Virginia on January 30th followed by Richmond, and other locations throughout Virginia. We will then branch out to neighboring states.

Q: How will this event be advertised?

A: This is an ongoing process and we change our advertising to meet the needs of the conference location. We combine the following means of advertising:  local radio stations, print ads, email marketing campaigns and extensive web advertising. In addition, we are constantly researching new and exciting ways to innovatively advertise the events. Every vendor is encouraged to advertise the event through their advertising campaigns also.

Q: Are there other WW4W events in other areas we could participate in? Do you travel to other areas or is this strictly a local event?

A: You may participate in as many events as you want although all events are first come first served as we only take one vendor from each company.

Q: How much does it cost to be a vendor?

A: Early Registration $175.00 Regular Registration $225.00

Q: How much does it cost to attend?

A: Free

Q: How many representatives from each company do you allow?

A: We only allow one representative from each company.
